Condition & verification

Very clean specialist surplus; appears unused/never commissioned. The control enclosure, internal components, wiring and factory labels are exceptionally clean, with no evidence of previous field installation. The 120 V line-input and heater/load terminals show no evidence of field connection; no conduit or cable-entry modifications were observed, and factory wiring and labels remain intact.

The RKC REX-C100 PID controller was isolated from the panel and functionally checked. It powered normally; open-sensor detection and Type-K input-channel response were verified, including approximately 22 °C ambient response during the check. Original controller wiring was restored after testing.

Electrical and handling requirements

120 V equipment. Do not connect directly to Australian 230 V mains.

The controller came from the same equipment lot and is marked FLA 8 A, consistent with the electrical characteristics measured on the heater. The heater and controller have not been operated together under process conditions.
